Step into The Packing House, our private event space where rustic charm meets modern comfort. Beyond the sliding barn door separating it from the main tasting room, you’ll discover a welcoming setting with eight large farmhouse tables, cozy lounge areas, wood barrels, and a private bar—ideal for your next celebration. Enjoy our selection of wine, craft soda, and, of course, exceptional beer. For added convenience, a prep area for caterers is available, ensuring every detail of your event is handled seamlessly.

Rental Info
Event Experience
Our dedicated staff will work with you to tailor your event and ensure a memorable experience. We’re happy to provide recommendations and referrals for catering, florists, photographers, and entertainment.
Bar Options
You may choose between an open bar, cash bar, or a set tab for your guests. Please note that a minimum bar tab with 20% gratuity is required. Last call will be 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the event.
Setup/Cleanup
Rental times include required 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for cleanup with a 3 hour party. Time may be added for an additional fee.
Furniture
The venue includes eight 8ft. farmhouse style tables, each with ten chairs, for your event.
Entertainment Options
We offer several options for music and entertainment. Live bands and acoustic acts are welcome. For a more relaxed vibe, you can choose a Pandora station or share a Spotify playlist for background music.
Catering & Food
The Packing House includes a prep area for caterers, and outside food is welcome. As the host, you’ll coordinate directly with your caterer. Please note that all beer, wine, and soda must be purchased through Grove Roots Brewing.
Pricing

Things to Consider & Policies
Outside food is always welcome, but outside beverages are not permitted.
No liquor is allowed on the premises.
Beer and other beverages are not included in the rental fee.
Minors are allowed when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
No open flames, glitter, confetti, or adhesives.
Any changes in the event time must be made one week prior to the event date.
If the event is cancelled 30 days or more prior to its scheduled date, the client will be refunded 50% of the event price. If the event is cancelled for any reason within 29 days of its scheduled date, the client will not be refunded.
